Create and connect the account
1
Find the Righthand's contact details
Open Righthands, select the Righthand, and note their email address and phone number.
2
Create the provider account
Sign up with the Righthand’s email address or phone number when the provider permits it. Use a clear display name so teammates can recognize the Righthand’s activity.
3
Complete verification
If the provider sends an email or text, open the Righthand’s Activity to find the incoming message. Complete the verification in your own browser.
4
Secure account recovery
Store the password and recovery codes in a team-controlled password manager. Follow the provider’s MFA policy; do not rely on the Righthand as the only recovery path.
5
Add the connection
Go to Connections, select Add, find the service, and authorize the new account.
6
Set Righthand scope
Open the new connection, change Scope to Righthand, choose the Righthand, and review tool permissions.
7
Test access
Ask the Righthand to perform a small read-only task and confirm the result in Activity.
