When a passphrase is created
Some account onboarding flows, including team invitation acceptance, ask the user to create a voice authentication passphrase. Choose a phrase that is memorable when spoken but difficult for someone else to guess.Changing or adding a passphrase
The current Account page does not expose a self-service passphrase control. If your account does not have a passphrase or you need to change it, contact support@humans.righthand.ai from an email address associated with your account. Support may need to verify your identity before changing an authentication setting. If authentication fails
- Make sure you are calling from a phone number associated with your Righthand account.
- Speak the passphrase clearly; do not text or email it.
- If you no longer know the passphrase, stop guessing and contact support.
A passphrase adds a verification signal; it does not replace the need to protect your phone account, email, and provider credentials.
